No Show/Missed Appointment Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or re-scheduling. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is subject to a charge up to the full-service value. All ‘No-show/Missed’ appointment will be assessed for a charge at full value of services. Thank you for your understanding; we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance prior to your appointment time. You can reschedule or cancel appointment by calling 281.337.2400.

To ensure that each customer is giving the proper amount of time allotted for their visit and to enable us to provide the highest quality service to everyone, it is very important for each scheduled client to attend their visit on time. As a courtesy, we will attempt to provide an appointment reminder to you within 3 days of your scheduled appointment by email and a text message 2 days before your schedule appointment. However, it is your responsibility to be at your appointment on time, even if you do not receive a reminder.

Please Review the Following Policy:

  1. Please notify Salon Naturale at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment should you need to change or cancel your reserved time. We keep a waitlist for our clients who would like an appointment when there are cancellations.
  2. If less than 24-hour notice is given, the cancellation will be documented as a ‘No-show/missed’ appointment in your profile.
  3. After a ‘No-show/Missed’ appointment, you will receive a phone call or email reminding you of our No-show/Missed appointment policy. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is subject to a charge up to the full-service value. All ‘No-show/Missed’ appointment will be assessed for a charge at full value services.
  4. If you have 2 No-show/Missed appointments within a 12-month time period or you have 2 consecutive No-show/Missed appointments, you will receive a call or email advising you of the second no-show/missed appointment occurrence and potential for a third occurrence to prevent you from scheduling any future appointment.
  5. If you have 3 ‘No-show/Missed’ appointments within a 12-month time period or you have 3 consecutive ‘No-show/Missed’ appointments, you will receive a call or email stating that your appointment profile is under review and that you may not be able to schedule any future appointments.
  6. If you would like to book an appointment after 3 No-Show/Missed appointments, you will have to PAID for your services in full. This will be a NON-REFUNDABLE payment for your services if you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

As a client of the Salon Naturale, please note that it is your responsibility to book your appointment accordingly and us if you have difficulty keep your scheduled appointment(s).

Salon Naturale Customer Financial Responsibility Policy
It is important for our clients to understand the cost of their service before coming. Calculating all costs beforehand can be a confusing process, we are will helps explain this process. The following information is providing by Salon Naturale to help answer questions you may have related to your visit.

Determining Your Estimated Costs
All of our prices quoted and online is always an estimated starting price. You may owe for your upcoming services plus any unpaid bills you might have for previous services or ‘No-show/Missed’ appointment. The final charge may be different from the costs discussed on the phone call if the actual service is modified at the time of service.

Financial responsibility of the clients
For any scheduled service, Salon Naturale requires a credit card on file to book any service. All deposits made for appointments are non-refundable is ‘No-show/Missed’ appointment.

If you are unable to make a deposit prior to service or if you arrive for your service and cannot make the required payment, your visit may be rescheduled for a time when you will be able to make the payments.
